When do your auctions take place?
Our live auctions are held every Wednesday. Doors open for viewing at 3:00 pm, and the gavel goes down at 4:00 pm. We usually finish around 8:00 pm, depending on the number of lots.
Where are you located?
We are based at Unit 4, Cleylands, Burr Lane, Spalding, PE11 1AF. There is on-site parking available for bidders and for those collecting items.
What are the buyer’s fees?
Our standard buyer’s premium is 15% of the hammer price. If you are bidding online via Easy Live Auction, please note there may be an additional platform fee (usually +3% or a flat fee).
Are the electrical items safe to buy?
es. Unlike many general auctions, we pride ourselves on our “tested” approach. Most electrical items in our Spalding sale are function-tested by our team. If an item is listed as “tested,” we offer a return window until the following Friday if it is found to be faulty.
